Timothy supports the RAIS and EPA web-based tools through the quality assurance protocols and assists in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the systems. He contributes to tool development and system improvements. He has a B.S. degree in Data Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
